The foundation of Jiyu Machinery dates back to the 1990s. In 1993, the founder formally entered the woodworking machinery field, establishing a long-term development direction in the woodworking equipment industry and embarking on a journey of technical exploration. At that time, the domestic woodworking machinery industry was still in its early stages, with equipment precision and automation levels far behind European imports. High-end equipment relied heavily on imports, and small and medium-sized furniture enterprises faced many challenges such as high equipment costs, poor adaptability, and delayed after-sales service.
After years of frontline technical work and industry practice, by 2000, the founder had grown into a well-known engineer in the domestic woodworking machinery field. Years of experience gave a clear insight into the shortcomings and opportunities in the industry. By benchmarking against advanced European woodworking machinery enterprises in manufacturing processes, production standards, and craftsmanship, the founder developed the vision of creating a high-standard, high-quality, localized woodworking machinery brand, determined to produce high-quality equipment adapted to domestic furniture production needs, breaking the monopoly of imported equipment.

After years of technical accumulation and market research, in 2008, Guangdong Jiyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially established in Guangdong, precisely entering the woodworking machinery segment. The company focused on woodworking row drill equipment as its core starting product, embarking on a path of specialized and refined production. In the early stage, the enterprise focused on refining the quality of its core products, deepening the R&D and production of row drill equipment, optimizing equipment structure and improving processing precision to address the pain points of traditional equipment.
Starting from 2009, relying on solid technical expertise, the company continuously iterated its row drill products, gradually expanding from basic two-row drills to three-row and six-row drill series, enriching the product matrix to meet the drilling needs of furniture production at different scales. With excellent product quality, high cost-performance ratio, and adaptability to the local market, Jiyu row drill equipment quickly gained market recognition, establishing a firm foothold in the South China panel furniture industry belt.

In 2012, the enterprise completed its standardized upgrade and officially established its production base in Shunde District, Foshan City. Leveraging the location advantages of the Shunde Lunjiao woodworking machinery industrial cluster, the company entered a new stage of standardized development. From 2012, the company independently developed automatic row drill equipment with innovative conveyor belt and silo structures, achieving automated material feeding and continuous processing, significantly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
In the following years, the company continued to increase R&D investment, built a professional technical team, and overcame multiple core technologies in woodworking machinery. It successively launched CNC cutting machines, fully automatic edge banding machines, CNC six-sided drilling and milling centers, electronic saws and other full series of intelligent panel furniture production equipment, building a full-process intelligent equipment system covering cutting, edge banding, drilling, and cutting. The standardized production system ensured product stability, precision, and durability, with brand influence spreading nationwide.
